Monday, September 29

  • AM coffee break in the main lounge
    • Orange juice, danish, muffins, croissants, jam, marmalade, coffe, tea
  • Lunch in the dining room
    • Potage andalouse, Supreme of turkey, Picatta with sweet pepper butter, Bavarois a l’orange, Coffee, Tea
  • PM coffee break in the main lounge
    • Coffee, tea, soft drinks, mineral water, assorted fruit juices, cookies
  • Buffet diner immediately followed by the poster session in ballroom, main lounge and reading room
    • Appetizers; veggies with dip, tomatoes stuffed with tuna, seafood mayonnaise, hearts of palms and pink shrimps.
    • Salads; Mixed green salad with choice of three vinaigrettes, nicoise salad, pasta primavera, tosca salad, greek salad, cauliflower mimosa, beets and peach salad
    • Cold cuts; Turkey breast and roast beef, homemade pates and terrines, assorted delicatessen, seafood terrine

  • Banquet diner in the dining room
    • Terrine of pheasant with armagnac with
