Registration
Every participants need to register by filling out the form available from this web site. The registration includes the Icebreaker reception, lunch, diner and banquet at the McGill Faculty club.
Special menus can be provided, but we need to be informed at least a week in advance.
Fees: $150 CDN by August 28, 2003.

Attention: There will be no registration at the door (because of catering arrangements)
Payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard or by Check
Spouses and family may enroll in activities and tour of landmarks of the Montreal area. This will arranged by the local organization committee, the accompanying persons will have to defray their own costs. Please indicate on the registration form if you which to enroll in this companion program.
